FAQs
Bitlink is a Swiss-regulated crypto payment gateway that enables businesses to accept cryptocurrency payments and automatically convert them into fiat (CHF, EUR, GBP, or USD) and receive funds directly in their bank account.
Unlike custodial platforms, Bitlink gives merchants full ownership of their crypto wallets. Funds always belong to the merchant, and Bitlink performs conversions only upon explicit instruction, ensuring transparency and control.
Yes. Bitlink operates under Wanted Broker Sàrl, a Swiss financial intermediary affiliated with an SRO recognized by FINMA.
Bitlink is designed for registered businesses and merchants (B2B). It is not intended for personal or peer-to-peer payments. Any company selling goods or services—online or offline—can integrate Bitlink to accept crypto payments.
At launch, Bitlink supports BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20/ ERC-20) and USDC, with more digital assets added progressively based on liquidity and compliance standards.
Merchants can settle in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP), or US dollars (USD) directly to their verified business bank accounts.
The merchant creates a crypto payment link via the Bitlink dashboard → The customer pays in crypto → The merchant’s wallet receives the funds → Bitlink converts them into fiat upon merchant instruction → The merchant typically receives settlement in fiat to their bank account within 24 hours
Payouts are typically processed within one business day after on-chain confirmation and conversion.
Bitlink charges a transparent conversion fee per transaction. There are no setup, subscription, or hidden fees. For high-volume merchants, reduced rates may apply.
Crypto-fiat conversions use real-time market rates from trusted liquidity partners. A small disclosed spread may apply for liquidity management.
No. Bitlink handles the technical side—wallet setup, conversion, and settlement—while you always retain access to your wallet. There’s no need to run nodes, exchanges, or private wallets.
Absolutely. Every merchant must pass KYB verification (company identity, ownership, directors). Transactions are monitored using blockchain analytics.
The merchant dashboard provides real-time transaction tracking, conversion history, and exportable statements for reconciliation and accounting.
Once a payment is confirmed on-chain, the fiat rate is locked, ensuring that the merchant receives the exact invoiced amount regardless of crypto price fluctuations.
Apply for a merchant account at bitlink.ch → Complete the KYB verification → Receive your dashboard access → Start creating crypto payment links and receive fiat directly to your bank account
